Our office hours are 10am – 6pm. Therapists can offer you an appointment outside of these times.
We cannot accept applications for therapy via the phone and you will be asked to fill in an online form.
Wellspring will be closed between 22nd December 2025 and 2nd January 2026 for the Festive break. Normal operations will resume on 5th January 2026.

No free parking is available at Smith’s Place or the surrounding streets.
We have 10 therapy rooms over four floors, including one specifically for Art Therapy. Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for those unable to manage stairs.
