Our office hours are 10am – 6pm. Therapists can offer you an appointment outside of these times.
We cannot accept applications for therapy via the phone and you will be asked to fill in an online form.
We are currently experiencing a technical issue with our phone lines and may be unable to receive incoming calls. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, please contact us by email for any enquiries.

No free parking is available at Smith’s Place or the surrounding streets.
We have 10 therapy rooms over four floors, including one specifically for Art Therapy. Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for those unable to manage stairs.
