COVID-19 New Clients Welcome: Working Together with Online and Telephone Counselling throughout COVID-19 Here at Wellspring, we appreciate that this is a time of heightened uncertainty for many of our clients. That is why we are dedicated to providing our clients with the opportunity to continue their sessions with their therapists through remote sessions. One of your options is to have a video call with your therapist via Zoom. You can find out more about how this works on our Online Counselling page. We can also provide you with the option of telephone counselling. You can find out more about how this works on our Telephone Counselling page. If you would like to find out if your therapist can provide Online/Telephone counselling, please contact them directly. We are also welcoming new clients on to our waiting list. Please note that if you are open to doing phone/Zoom sessions with our therapists, you are likely to be allocated a therapist fairly soon.
